The Town of Chouteau holds court on the 2nd Monday of each month at 4:00 pm at Chouteau City Hall.  For questions on a ticket or issue, please call Tammy Alsip, the Chouteau Clerk, at 918-476-5328 from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.

Payment Options

• Pay Tickets Online - Pay online at Court Solutions at https://www.myfinepayment.com/Tix/Default.aspx.  You will need to have two of the three following pieces of information to look up and pay your citation - Last Name, Date of Birth, Citation Number.  By making a payment online, you agree that you are not disputing the citation.

• Pay by Phone - There are two options for paying by phone with a credit or debit card.  You can call the Court Clerk during regular business hours at 918-476-5328 to make payment or you can contact our payment partner, Court Solutions 1-877-591-8768 at any time to make a payment.  There is a $5 fee applies if paying by phone.​​By making a payment by phone, you agree that you are not disputing the citation. Payments through Court Solutions will automatically be sent to the court clerk to add your payment to the citation record.

• Drop Off Payment - You can drop off payment by cash, check, or money order by putting payment and citation information in an envelope (provided) and placing it in the dropbox at our office.  By dropping off a payment, you agree that you are not disputing the citation.

Important Notice

If you are disputing a citation, you must appear on your given court date. Payment cannot be accepted until after a plea has been made. Once payment is processed in full, you will not be on the court docket to discuss your citation. Do not come to court if you are paying your fine prior to your court date.

It is the responsibility of the recipient of any citation to pay the citation by the due date regardless of the method of payment used.  You must pay your citation in full in order to prevent your citation from remaining open and being added to the court docket. If paying by mail, you will need to allow extra time to ensure that the payment is delivered on time.  We do encourage you to call our office to check and make sure that a payment has been received and processed regardless of the method of payment.

Collections

If a citation is not paid when due, a warrant will be issued for an additional $185 and the account will be sent to collections where another 35% will be added to the balance.  If your account has gone to collections, please call Aberdeen Enterprises II in Tulsa at 918-794-0810 or the Chouteau Court Clerks Office to arrange payment(s).​
